Life of a Dish, Episode 1 - Carbonara

The first episode of Life of a Dish brings us to The Center for Discovery in Harris, New York. The egg is the main event of Pasta Carbonara and the star of something much bigger happening just outside of NYC. It is with much pride and thanks that Life of a Dish was able to film our first episode to show the connection between good food and wellness.
